Services
RPM Transmission Inc. provides transmission repair, rebuilds, performance upgrades, diagnostics, and related automotive services specializing in high-performance and racing applications.
Estimates & Authorization
All estimates are based on initial inspection and may change after teardown or further diagnosis. No additional work will be performed without customer approval.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for parts, rebuilds, or custom performance work. Deposits are non-refundable once parts are ordered or work has begun.
Performance & Racing Use Disclaimer
RPM Transmissions specializes in high-performance and racing transmissions. These applications inherently increase stress on drivetrain components.
We are not responsible for failures resulting from:
- Racing or competition use
- High-performance or extreme driving conditions
- Abuse, neglect, or improper use
- Failure of non-serviced or supporting components
Warranty
Any warranty provided is limited strictly to the parts and labor listed on your invoice.
Warranty may be voided by:
- Racing or competitive use (unless explicitly covered)
- Improper installation (if not installed by RPM Transmissions)
- Modifications after service
- Abuse or neglect
Vehicle Storage & Abandonment
Vehicles must be picked up within 5 days of completion unless prior arrangements are made. Storage fees may apply after this period.
Vehicles left unclaimed may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with Indiana Code IC 9-22 (Abandoned Vehicles).
Limitation of Liability
RPM Transmissions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
- Loss of vehicle use
- Loss of income or business
- Additional repair costs beyond the original scope of work
