Deposits
Deposits for parts and custom performance builds are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
Completed Services
All completed labor and services are non-refundable due to the nature of automotive repair and performance work.
Parts
- Special-order and custom-built parts are non-refundable.
- Standard parts may be eligible for return at RPM Transmissions’ discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.
Warranty Claims
Any issues must be handled through the warranty process. Repairs or replacements will be performed in accordance with warranty terms.
Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to work beginning may qualify for a partial refund, minus incurred costs.
Dispute Resolution
