Bronze fork pads - replaces factory plastic pads. The pads press onto the shift forks which move the sliders back and forth to engage the gears. When the plastic pads break or wear, it doesn't let the slider fully engage the gear. This causes the transmission to "pop" out of gear after moving the shifter into that gear. The bronze pads will not break or smash like the plastic pads.
